How it works
Digital Bespoke Journey
- The Scan: Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a secure email link to the TrueToForm app to capture your precise 3D body measurements.
- The Atelier: Once your digital sizing profile is received, our Montréal artisans begin production. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to meticulously cut, sew, and construct your bespoke garment.
- Payments are securely captured only after order verification and stock confirmation
Materials & Sourcing
- The Fabric: 100% Grade 6A Mulberry Silk, vertically sourced from heritage South Korean mills. Chosen in a premium 22–25 momme weight for its rich structural longevity, substantial drape, and liquid-like luster.
- The Hardware: Genuine Japanese shell buttons—sustainably harvested and selected for their distinct, iridescent depth (where applicable).
- The Piping: Bespoke, in-house custom piping engineered and spun in our studio to perfectly complement the garment's architecture.
- The Tailoring: Meticulously assembled using traditional French seams throughout, ensuring an incredibly clean interior finish and exceptional seam strength.
The Maison Standard: Naturally breathable, temperature-regulating, and hypoallergenic. This exceptional weave is cut and constructed in our Montréal atelier preserving its fluid drape and sophisticated luster through a lifetime of wear.
Care Instructions
- Wash: Professional dry clean, or hand wash gently in cool water (up to 30°C) using a specialized silk detergent. Do not leave to soak.
- Dry: Rinse thoroughly and squeeze out excess water gently without wringing. Line or rack dry flat in the shade; never tumble dry.
- Finish: Iron on a low, delicate setting while the garment is slightly damp to fully restore the silk’s natural luster and fluidity.
- Store: Store folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the structural alignment of the fibers.

Premium Transport & Signature Security
To guarantee your garment arrives in pristine condition, we partner exclusively with premium express couriers. All parcels strictly require an adult signature upon delivery; we do not authorize "safe drops" or ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that for international shipments, any local customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our Made-to-Measure garments are individually built to your digital sizing profile, these bespoke creations are crafted specifically for you and are final sale. In the rare event that your garment arrives faulty or experiences transit damage, please notify us at hello@maisonsatyne.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can swiftly assist you.
